At about 7pm on Friday (time zones trip us all out don’t worry), an explosion came through at the Foxconn Chengdu plant (which for those of you who don’t know is the plant where the iPads are made).
Currently there are no reports of what caused the explosion and exactly how much damage has been done however there are reports saying that two people were killed and 16 are injured. Oh and for the selfish people wonder how this will effect them getting an iPad in the near future, no way of estimating how much of a delay there will be.
