Currently we have been having HUGE breakthroughs in technology, and it appears this is the start of another one. We have come across similar technology, like the Microsoft Surface, however the only problem with devices similar to this is that they aren’t the most comfortable device to use, this is finally something that could compare to the desktop of today since it’ll allow you to look up at a display and you’ll have a touch display where your keyboard is as well (the curved corner in the video was perfect for window control). Ergonomically speaking this is near perfect.
Although this all sounds great, this is just the start of a cool idea, the technology used to put this specific device together is actually relatively simple. It’s just a projector teamed up with a few cameras. So it isn’t a massive curved capacitive touch screen (as cool as that would be). Hopefully those group of geeks sparked an idea with computer manufacturers.
